During the coronavirus outbreak, people belonging to risk group (elderly, with chronic illnesses etc) shouldn’t go outside to shops or pharmacies where the risk of infection is high. One should also avoid going outside from the moment they believe they are infected.
Ask a nearby volunteer to help with a contactless delivery of items you need.
- Review you supply of food and medicine and arrange for two weeks at a time
- Make a list of groceries and pharmacy items in advance, and ask that the volunteer delivers everything at once. Pharmacies can give out digital prescriptions to another person based on you identity number.
Volunteers can help you also with walking your dog, or just for a chat to avoid loneliness!
