The people providing you the service are volunteers. This means that you are not required to pay for the service, nor are you considered to be a consumer. 

The volunteer, Zelos, and other legal and/or private persons are not liable for your health and safety. Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as of others. The liability to use necessary measures (for example but not limited to usage of face masks, gloves, not to have direct and/or close contact with other physical persons) not to get infected, relies on you. In case you face any health and/or safety issue or potentially hazardous situation that may pose a risk to you or others, report it immediately.
